All orders are prepared and shipped from Vancouver, Canada. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details to follow its progress.
We ship to addresses within Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees

United States
For our customers in the United States, we offer a seamless "Landed Cost" checkout.
Calculated at Checkout: All applicable U.S. customs duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and added to your total at the final stage of checkout.
No Surprise Fees: Because these fees are paid upfront, your package will clear customs quickly, and you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
United Kingdom
The UK does not have a tax-free threshold for imports. Customers in the UK are responsible for all import costs.

Good news for our customers in Oceania! We currently utilize shipping methods that ensure no import duties or GST are charged to you upon arrival in Australia or New Zealand. Your order will be delivered directly to your door with no additional fees required.
