What size are Mero grip socks?

Our socks are one size.

The stretch and natural elasticity of our premium knit ensure a secure yet gentle fit that adapts beautifully to most foot shapes.

How do I care for my Mero grip socks? 

To preserve the softness and performance of your Mero grip socks, we recommend gentle care:

  • Machine wash cold on a delicate/wool cycle using a mild detergent.
  • Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as they can damage natural fibers.
  • Lay flat to dry in the shade — do not tumble dry, as heat may cause shrinkage or alter the shape.

With mindful care, your Mero grip socks will maintain their luxurious feel and durability over time.

When will I get my order?

All orders are prepared and shipped from Vancouver, Canada. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details to follow its progress. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

We ship to addresses within Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

Will I need to pay taxes, duties or customs fees?

United States (Duties Prepaid)
Our store will cover all applicable US import duties. The price you see at checkout is your final price.

United Kingdom (VAT & Fees Apply)
Customers in the UK are responsible for all import costs which include VAT and Handling Fees from your local carrier.

Australia & New Zealand (Tax-Free)
No import duties or GST are charged to you upon arrival in Australia or New Zealand. Your order will be delivered directly to your door with no additional fees required.

Do you accept returns or issue refunds?

At Mero, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely confident in your purchase. 

• Standard Return Window: We offer a 30-day return policy for a refund. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• UK & EU Statutory Right: In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers in the UK and EU have 14 days to cancel or return their order for any reason, without justification.

To protect the hygiene of our customers, all returns (including UK/EU "change of mind") must meet the following criteria:
• Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be in the same condition as received.
• Original Packaging: Items must have all tags attached and be in their original, unopened packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.

All items marked as Final Sale are ineligible for return. If a final sale item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

I received a defective or incorrect item. What should I do? 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us at contact@merogripsocks.com within 7 days of delivery.
• No Cost to You: We will cover all shipping costs for returns or replacements of defective or incorrect items.
• Required: Please include photos of the damage and your order number.
