Return and Refund Policy
At Mero, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely confident in your purchase.
1. RETURN WINDOW
• Standard Return Window: We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• UK & EU Statutory Right: In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers in the UK and EU have 14 days to cancel or return their order for any reason, without justification.
2. CONDITION FOR RETURNS
To protect the hygiene of our customers, all returns (including UK/EU "change of mind") must meet the following criteria:
• Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be in the same condition as received.
• Original Packaging: Items must have all tags attached and be in their original, unopened packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.
3. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us at contact@merogripsocks.com within 7 days of delivery.
• No Cost to You: We will cover all shipping costs for returns or replacements of defective or incorrect items.
• Required: Please include photos of the damage and your order number.
4. FINAL SALE POLICY
All items marked as Final Sale are ineligible for return. If a final sale item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
5. RETURN SHIPPING FEES
• Customer Remorse/Change of Mind: For all standard returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and must provide a tracking number.
• Restocking Fees: Mero does not charge any restocking fees.
6. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, open your order confirmation email and select “View your order”.
Click “Start a return” and follow the steps to submit your request.
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
